Background
Qatar Airline launched their Doha – Lusaka – Harare Route
They wanted an event in Lusaka and Harare to mark the inaugural flight launch on Friday 6 August 2021.
Magna Carta was tasked with coordinating the events in Lusaka and Harare.
The client gave a budget for the event but there was no budget for promotional activities and media placements.
The case study covers the Zimbabwe leg event.
Approach
A mix of launch event, media planning and influencer management using owned and earned media.
